From wringing my hands on the doorstep - thank you Lisa for your patience and understanding, to being in the chair having a crown fitted! Thank you very much, Kostas and Gary, for taking such excellent care of me - outstanding throughout my three appointments. I am delighted with the result and was so pleased to be able to book my six month check up with absolutely no hesitation.

The reception staff were extremely attentive and caring, both before and after the treatment. The dentist , Ana, was super friendly, listened to me and made me feel at ease. The dental assistant that worked along side the dentist was amazing . Chatted and put my mind at ease as I was extremely nervous and emotional. I am extremely grateful to The team at Red Lodge Dental Surgery for helping me when I was in so much pain .

Went in today as an emergency and superb treatment from this gentleman and dental nurse. Very thorough treatment and not rushed at all.

I felt confident and relaxed whilst receiving treatment. Everything was explained in detail and I was well looked after. All staff are very professional and polite.

Have been coming here for some years and seen the surgery grow and modernise. The reception staff are aways friendly and organised & put you at ease. The dentists & their assistants are both professional & approachable. There is onsite parking. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had Three fillings done by my dentist at Red Lodge Dental Surgery. It was a complicated fix, but I didnt feel a thing. The Dentist was so thorough with his care and so professional, as too was his assistant. Definitely would recommend.

Myself and my family have been with this dental practice for quite a few years now and in the past year I have had quite a lot of dental work done. I cannot fault the dentist at all. I have received very high quality work and care. All of the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful.

I have used this dentist for many years. Always found them to be professional and calm and the facilities are excellent. Today I went for the hygienist…. Always dread this… I can honestly say that was the best visit I have had. Very little in relation to pain , both Nicola and Amna made me relaxed and comfortable. It was a pleasure. I’ve booked for the next one as normally I skulk out and don’t book :-)

Had a lovely check up today with Dr Hansee, she is so sweet and has such a calming manner, if you were at all nervous then she totally puts your mind at rest. I actually look forward to coming to the dentists now which is something I can't always say about some of my previous dentists before I came to this practice.

I couldn't wish for a better dental practice. I have always been nervous when it comes to needles , from the lovely ladies on reception, and my dentist and dental nurse have all helped me to overcome my fear of needles. I always feel like they really care. Would highly recommend!

I want to say how amazing George the dentist is. I am so scared of the dentist and I needed a wisdom tooth out. It wasn't having the tooth out that scared me—it was the numbing they inject. But George and his nurse took time to make me feel settled. I was so nervous but felt looked after by George. His bedside manner is extraordinary. The reception staff are also lovely, it's like walking into a comfortable home. I will always visit this dentist and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I'm writing this on my partner's account—that was the other thing, they allowed her in with me. So reassuring and comfortable. I thank all of them.

Kostas explains everything very clearly and then performs the procedure with confidence & efficiency. Very friendly staff all round, would highly recommend.

Konstantinos and Gary are a great team. Konstantinos is a sculptor and an artist when it comes to tooth repair. I'm actually looking forward to going back and getting the rest of my teeth fixed.

Can't recommend the surgery enough! Front desk staff really helpful as always and George did a great job with a wisdom tooth extraction. Everything fully explained, quick and pain free, genuinely so much patience and care.

I had a extraction of two teeth it was quite pain free and only took a few minutes. I have had a extraction at my old dentist and it was painful 😒. My new dentist is just a really nice guy and cares about your comfort and takes time to explain was he is going to do.

This afternoon I had a dental appointment with George dentist. He's very caring, and I didn't even feel my injection. I have to go back in January 2025 to finish off rest of my treatment. Also, the receptionists are very nice and caring. I wish you all a happy Christmas holiday season.

Brilliant dental surgery. I have my implant, root canal and crown here. All great work. I would recommend George, if you need implant or other complex works.

Really great. I was late but they held the appointment. Very friendly and informative throughout the procedure (replacement composite filling). Very happy with the end result. No pain during or after the procedure, with only minor discomfort afterwards but to be expected.

I was particularly nervous ahead of an extraction appointment but both the reception staff as well as Dr Georgios put me at ease. From finding out that I needed a tooth out the reception staff were on hand to answer all my questions and they did so with such empathy. As for the appointment itself; Dr Georgios and his team (apologies I can’t remember their names) were so kind to me. I had worked the appointment up in my head and it really wasn’t as bad as first thought. Thank you so much to the team!

Cannot recommend the Red Lodge Dental Surgery and in particular Dr Konstantinos Karatzioulas and dental nurse Gary highly enough. The care and attention to detail is second to none. Excellent communication throughout and for a nervous patient this was very much appreciated. Over the months I have become more confident and less nervous about attending the dentist. I was traveling through the area and was in pain. The team there squeezed me in, despite not being a patient there. Great support from a caring staff.

I am an extremely nervous patient. I suffer with anxiety based depression and the Dentist is my worse nightmare! After several really bad experiences I can confidentially say I feel totally comfortable visiting Han and Kosta, the whole team to be completely honest including the Hygienist. Everyone at this Surgery goes out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I can highly recommend Han as a very kind, considerate and professional Dentist. Only down side is the cost.

The team is incredibly friendly and professional, and the dentists are exceptionally knowledgeable. Every procedure is clearly explained beforehand, so you always know what to expect. During surgery, they show great care and attention to ensure the experience is as comfortable and pain-free as possible. I felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Dr Hansinee Kuppan is so good at her practise, the best dentist I've seen. Very polite, honest and knows what she is doing. I think the Ramadan technique is so much better and more comfortable, when having treatment. It's hard having to pay for private treatment but having a good dentist, makes it so much for worthwhile and accepting. I would recommend her to all, very pleased and happy. Thank you.

In January my wife and I both had dental inspections with Hans, which were carried out most professionally, we were both treated in a professional and friendly way. After the inspection we both needed a filling, we did not have to wait long for an appointment. The filling was done extremely well, I did not feel the injection at all, Hans made me feel very relaxed and her treatment was the best, the resulting filling looks good feels good. I felt NO pain during the treatment.

Hanna is amazing, she makes me feel very much at ease and it is clear that she genuinely prioritises patient care, she is gentle and explains clearly what she will be doing. I would highly recommend this practise. The whole team here are welcoming and caring.

I have always been extremely nervous of the dentist. Red Lodge dental practice have been very patient with me. Even recently having wisdom teeth removed, I was comfortable and able to ‘deal’ with the procedure without having to be sedated. I am so very grateful

I am a new patient of Dr. Georgios, and he has been absolutely amazing. As a very nervous patient, I appreciated how he explained everything he was going to do and outlined the treatment plan. I just finished my treatment and couldn't be happier. The entire staff is wonderful, including the nurses and the lovely receptionists.
